Job summary

GulfSea Services in Karachi is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Land Surveyor to join our team. You will assist in conducting land surveys to determine boundaries, topography, and other features for construction projects.

This entry-level position requires a high school diploma or equivalent; familiarity with GPS, total stations, and drones is a plus. Accommodation may be provided.

Must be able to work outdoors, communicate with project managers, and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques a plus.
• Familiarity with surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting land surveys using GPS, total stations, and drones.
• Prepare accurate sketches, maps, and survey reports.
• Assist in determining property boundaries and topographical features.
• Collect data on elevation, angles, distances, and contours.
• Communicate with project managers and other team members to ensure surveying tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain surveying equipment and keep track of inventory.
• Adhere to safety standards while working on site.
