The IT Support Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organisation's end-user devices, servers, network, and other IT infrastructure. This includes providing technical support to users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, managing and maintaining the office network, staying up-to-date with the latest IT infrastructure and security developments, andrecommending upgrades and improvements as necessary.
