Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in graphic design (internships, freelance work, and academic projects all count).
• A portfolio showcasing design work across social media, branding, print, or digital formats.
• Basic understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and familiarity with Figma.
• Interest in AI-powered design tools for image and content creation.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and their content formats.
• Good communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Marketing team to support day-to-day branding and design requirements.
• Design engaging social media content, including posts, carousels, banners, and stories for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Support social media management by preparing visuals for the content calendar and adapting assets across formats.
• Create marketing collateral such as brochures, one-pagers, flyers, presentations, and email graphics.
• Assist in creating visual assets such as graphics, simple illustrations, and layouts for digital campaigns.
• Follow brand guidelines to maintain a consistent look across all materials.
• Ensure designs are optimized for web, mobile, and print as needed.
• Use AI-powered design tools to explore ideas and speed up concept development, with guidance from the team.
• Refine and finalize designs using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Take feedback from senior designers and the Marketing team, and revise designs accordingly.
• Manage multiple design tasks at once while meeting deadlines.
• Help organize and maintain design files and the brand asset library.
• Stay curious and up to date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
