Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social media design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with Figma and/or Canva is an advantage.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and brand-consistent designs.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and work independently.
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media formats is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, advertisements, banners, and campaign creatives.
• Create website graphics, hero banners, thumbnails, and other digital assets.
• Develop visual concepts based on client briefs and marketing objectives.
• Maintain consistency with client brand guidelines across all designs.
• Create branding materials, presentations, and marketing collateral when required.
• Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and formats.
• Work closely with digital marketing, content, and development teams.
• Incorporate feedback and deliver revisions within agreed timelines.
• Organise and maintain design files and reusable brand assets.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
