Job summary

People Perfect in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Junior Equity Officer to join a dynamic financial services team. You will execute client orders, monitor markets, and provide timely updates while ensuring compliance and proper authorization.

The ideal candidate holds a Finance-related degree, has exposure to equity trading or brokerage, and can communicate clearly under market pressure. Proficiency with MS Office and trading platforms, plus knowledge of PSX, SECP, NCCPL, and CDC, is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience in equity trading or brokerage preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PSX, trading processes, and brokerage operations.
• Familiarity with SECP, NCCPL, CDC, and risk management is a plus.
• Excellent communication and client management under market pressure.

Responsibilities

• Execute client buy and sell orders accurately per instructions.
• Monitor stock market activity and sector performance.
• Provide clients with order updates and platform support.
• Ensure trades are authorised by clients.
• Adhere to policies, margin requirements, and regulations.
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Research, Support, Settlement, and IT.
• Maintain accurate records of instructions and trade confirmations.
• Share research ideas and market opportunities with clients.
• Monitor portfolios and communicate market updates and risks.
• Support a professional trading desk environment.
