Job summary

Translation Empire in Pakistan seeks a capable .NET developer to upgrade existing websites and applications. You will work with .NET Core, MVC, microservices, Entity Framework, and frontend JS frameworks such as Vue.js, React, or Angular, delivering scalable code and robust REST APIs.

The role requires 2+ years of .NET experience, knowledge of T-SQL and MS SQL Server, and familiarity with Git, Postman, and JIRA. Work from the office (10am–7pm) at DHA 1 Sector F, Rawalpindi.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with .NET development (MVC / Core).
• Proficient in at least one .NET language (e.g., C#, VB.NET).
• Familiarity with Entity Framework and ADO.NET for database interaction.
• Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, Bootstrap, and Axios for client-side development.
• Basic understanding of Angular or Vue.js (exposure or training acceptable).
• Understanding of REST API development.
• Experience with T-SQL and MS SQL Server.
• Familiarity with API testing using Postman.
• Version control with Git (GitHub/GitLab) or TFS.
• Exposure to JIRA for issue tracking.
• Awareness of ASP.NET Web Forms.
• Twilio programmable APIs is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Upgrading existing .NET websites and applications.
• Must have experience in .Net Core, MVC, Micro services, Entity Framework, Vue JS (or other JS frameworks like React or Angular)
• Previous experience of working in Oauth 2.0, JWT Authentication, Onion Architecture, Hangfire and CQRS Pattern is a PLUS
• Analyzing system requirements and delegating development tasks
• Writing scalable code for .NET software applications
• Reviewing and debugging .NET applications.
• Drafting software and application operating procedures
• Delivering the tasks assigned by Senior NET developers within specified timeframe

• Familiarity with Entity Framework and ADO.NET for database interaction.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.

• Basic understanding of front-end frameworks like Angular or Vue.js (exposure or training is sufficient).
• Understanding of REST API development.
• Experience with T-SQL Programming and database design in MS SQL Server.
