Job summary

BrightConnect in Karachi, Pakistan invites applications for a Junior Developer to help design, code, test, and maintain software applications, websites and databases. You will work with senior developers to learn new technologies, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to project success.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in CS or related field, and knowledge of Java, C++, or Python, plus HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Java, C++, or Python.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, coding and testing of software applications
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Collaborate with team members on project requirements and timelines
• Learn new technologies and programming languages as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation for all projects
• Work independently on small projects and assist on larger projects as needed
