Job summary

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Developer to join our growing team in Karachi Pakistan. As a Junior Developer you will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of software applications, websites and databases. You will work closely with senior developers to learn new technologies, troubleshoot issues and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, coding and testing of software applications
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Collaborate with team members on project requirements and timelines
• Learn new technologies and programming languages as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation for all projects
• Work independently on small projects and assist on larger projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C++ or Python
• Familiarity with web development languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience working with databases SQL or NoSQL
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with agile methodologies
• Knowledge of front-end frameworks such as React or AngularJS
• Understanding of version control systems Git
• Familiarity with mobile app development Android or iOS
• Ability to speak Urdu or other local languages is a plus
