Prime BPO in Rawalpindi area is seeking a detail oriented Junior Closer (SVC) for full-time on-site night shift. This role targets candidates with BPO experience who communicate effectively and aim to build a long-term BPO career.

You will verify sales, confirm client information, ensure documentation quality, and collaborate with sales and QA teams, with uncapped bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of BPO experience as a Verifier on any campaign (mandatory).
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Professional attitude and customer handling skills.
• Basic computer and CRM handling knowledge.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Regular students are not eligible to apply.

Responsabilités

• Verify sales made by closers on the Final Expense campaign to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Confirm client information and policy details professionally.
• Ensure all required documentation and recordings meet quality standards.
• Identify discrepancies and elevate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of verified sales.

• Remain available to stay back or work overtime when required for training or targets.
