Job summary

Pintern is seeking a driven B2B Business Development Executive to join our expanding Sales team in Lahore. This onsite role, with hours 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, focuses on identifying opportunities, generating leads, and supporting the sales process to help achieve growth targets for international clients.

Ideal candidates are fresh graduates or have up to one year in sales or business development, with strong English communication and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience in sales or business development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Genuine interest in B2B sales, lead generation, and business development processes.
• Confident, proactive, and self-motivated personality with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively with international clients and adapt to their needs.
• Target-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving goals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential B2B clients to build a strong prospect pipeline.
• Generate leads using platforms such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and targeted email outreach campaigns.
• Initiate contact and engage with decision-makers to create meaningful conversations.
• Qualify leads effectively and schedule meetings for the Sales team to advance the sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
• Consistently work towards achieving defined sales and lead-generation targets.
