Qualifications

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) required in Civil or Architectural Eng.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting principles.
• Must be able to interpret technical drawings and standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Personal laptop capable of running AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate 2D and 3D architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, based on project requirements and specifications.
• Review architectural concepts, technical documents, and project requirements to produce precise and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements and company standards.
• Follow established drafting procedures, quality standards, and documentation guidelines.
• Make necessary revisions and updates to drawings based on project feedback and requirements.
• Perform basic measurements and calculations required for drafting and drawing preparation.
• Review completed drawings for accuracy, consistency, and completeness before final submission.
