Company Overview: FYC (Pvt.) Ltd is a Lahore-based construction company delivering residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects across Punjab. We provide end-to-end services including project management, design-build, civil works, MEP coordination, and fit-outs. The Data Entry & AutoCAD Expert will support project documentation, drawing management, and site coordination through accurate digital records and CAD deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, update, and maintain AutoCAD drawings (2D) for architectural, structural, and MEP scopes based on field measurements and engineering inputs.
• Convert hand sketches, scanned drawings, and PDF plans into accurate DWG files and maintain version control.
• Maintain project databases: enter measurements, material lists, quantities, and bills of materials into company systems and spreadsheets.
• Assist project engineers with drawing revisions, markups, and coordination of clashes between disciplines.
• Ensure document control: file naming conventions, archival of previous revisions, and distribution of updated drawings to stakeholders.
• Produce standard layout sheets, as-built markups, and simple detail drawings as requested by site teams.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project managers to verify dimensions and resolve discrepancies through field verification when required.
• Perform routine quality checks on data entry and CAD outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.

Job Specification

• Proven proficiency in AutoCAD (minimum 34 years practical use), creating and editing DWG files and working with layers, blocks, and layouts.
• Strong data entry accuracy and speed; experience maintaining spreadsheets and material/quantity lists with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with construction drawing conventions, scales, line weights, and basic drafting standards used in architectural and MEP drawings.
• Competence converting scanned/PDF drawings into editable CAD files and producing clear as-built markups.
• Experience with document control practices, versioning, and file organization for engineering projects.
• Basic understanding of measurements, quantities, and bills of materials relevant to civil and MEP works.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors; ability to clarify technical questions and follow instructions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common office software for reporting and data management.
