Studia-360 in Islamabad is seeking a Junior Architect to design, develop, and implement architectural projects, blending traditional methods with AI-powered tools for ideation and visualization.

You will work on small to mid-scale projects, coordinate with clients and consultants, and contribute to drawings, presentations, and construction documentation, ensuring quality and timely delivery. The role requires strong time management and collaborative skills within a dynamic studio environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Working knowledge of AI-based architecture tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, LookX, Veras, Autodesk AI tools).
• Strong visual, technical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural concepts, plans, and working drawings.
• Manage small to mid-scale projects through all phases: conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Integrate AI-driven tools for ideation, visualization, space planning, and design automation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices.
• Prepare presentations and 3D visualizations using AI-enhanced rendering tools.
