Qualifications

• At least one year of experience managing Amazon accounts (preferred).
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and basic Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Strong communication, organization and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset, quick learner and eager to take responsibility.
• Motivation to grow professionally in e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Amazon Seller Central accounts and keep product listings up to date.
• Maintain inventory records, monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Track daily orders, sales figures and inventory movements.
• Assist with freight, logistics and supplier liaison, including Alibaba sourcing.
• Watch customer experience, reviews and ratings, and address issues.
• Support product content, branding and listing updates.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor overall Amazon account health and report any problems.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and help resolve them.
