Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Amazon account management.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Good knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Understanding of inventory and order management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Amazon Seller Central accounts and product listings.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Track daily orders, sales, and inventory movements.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate inventory replenishment.
• Assist with freight, logistics, and supplier coordination, including Alibaba.
• Monitor customer experience, reviews, and ratings.
• Support product content, branding, and listing updates.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports using Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Monitor Amazon account health and report any issues.
• Identify inventory discrepancies and help resolve them.
