Job summary

Cadet College Hasanabdal in Islamabad requires an accounting professional to manage tax compliance, payroll processing, and day-to-day financial records. You will handle VAT/PSID submissions, PSIDs, and IRIS filings, while maintaining ledgers and supporting year-end audits.

You will also record vendor invoices, manage ERP data in Odoo 15, assist ERP implementations, and oversee bank reconciliations and transport-related billing. Experience with OAS approvals and fleet accounting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance including withholding tax statements, PSIDs, tax payments, and FBR IRIS applications (as described).
• Maintain accounting records; process receivables/payables; perform year-end closing and support annual audits.
• Record vendor bills, customer invoices, expenses, and other transactions in Odoo 15 ERP; support ERP implementation and data transition.
• Process payroll; maintain daily-wage deductions; prepare private transport salary adjustments.
• Conduct bank reconciliations; liaise with banks and vendors; ensure accurate student transport billing.
• Maintain fleet master data, vehicle expenses and operational records; support Fleet Module implementation.
• Operate OAS for approvals and manage souvenir stock accounting and routine administrative support.
