Job summary

HumanTek is seeking a 3D Animator Intern to support the animation team in Karachi. You will learn and apply animation principles while creating and refining 3D animations for games, cinematics, and promotional content under supervision.

You will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools and pipelines, collaborate with 3D modelers, artists, QA, and project managers, and contribute to organized asset workflows and production standards.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of 3D animation principles and keyframe animation.
• Familiarity with Maya or Blender is preferred.
• Willingness to learn industry-standard tools, pipelines, and production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating basic 3D character, creature, and object animations under supervision.
• Apply fundamental animation principles to produce realistic and stylized movement.
• Work with rigged models and understand basic rigging and animation workflows.
• Support senior 3D animators with assigned tasks and production requirements.
• Interpret storyboards, scripts, and animation briefs with guidance.
• Revise and improve animations based on feedback from senior animators and PM.
• Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining animation assets for production.
• Support the export of animation assets for game engines and rendering pipelines.
