- Collaborate with policy, commercial, and operations stakeholders to translate regulatory and business requirements into technical designs.
- Perform code reviews, write automated tests, and follow secure development practices for smart contracts and off‑chain infrastructure.
- Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications on testnets and mainnets; prepare documentation and technical briefs for non‑technical partners.
Job Specification – Must Have

- Strong knowledge of Web3 libraries and tooling (web3.js, ethers.js, Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry).
- Experience writing automated tests for smart contracts.
- Backend development skills in Node.js, Python, or Go to build APIs and integrate off‑chain services.
- Familiarity with IPFS, oracle integration, and common layer‑2 solutions.
- Experience with wallet integrations, key management, and private key security best practices.
- Understanding of cryptographic primitives (hashing, signatures, Merkle trees) and secure contract patterns.
- Ability to document technical designs, perform code reviews, and debug in distributed environments.
