Overview
The IT Assistant Manager supports the IT Manager and the broader IT team in managing systems, software, data handling, reporting, and team coordination. This role ensures smooth day-to-day IT operations and supports various departments with their technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Possess a strong understanding of D-Base and E-Sales software.
- Allocate data to the sales team based on instructions from Country Head.
- Perform data analysis and generate graphs and reports.
- Update databases by adding new companies and campaigns as directed.
- Download and upload business line call records weekly; coordinate with the network manager.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the sales team.
- Monitor website performance and speed; suggest improvements if required.
- Identify technical or operational issues and provide effective solutions.
- Recommend improvements for systems and processes.
- Train and update new interns on D-Base and E-Sales software.
- Conduct regular training sessions for existing staff.
- Understand the significance of dispatch processes and ensure proper execution.
- Analyze the database for better solutions and improvements.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the HOD or management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of database management, reporting tools, and IT systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and reporting functions.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
