Job summary

A tech company located in Karachi is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Officer to manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in IT Support.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, network protocols, and hardware.
  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain end-user devices and IT infrastructure.
  • Provide technical support and resolve user issues.
  • Stay current with IT infrastructure developments and recommend upgrades.
  • Administer Active Directory Users and Group Policy Objects.
  • Log support requests and maintain documentation.
