As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the organizations overall technology infrastructure and strategy You will work closely with senior leadership to identify and implement technology solutions that align with the companys goals and objectives This role requires a strong understanding of information technology and the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the companys technology roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage a team of IT professionals providing guidance and support for their professional development
• Oversee daily operations of the organizations technology systems including hardware software networks and security
• Identify areas for improvement within existing systems and processes and implement necessary changes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to inform decision-making processes
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and develop solutions accordingly
• Ensure data security measures are in place to protect sensitive information from cyber threats

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
• Strong understanding of networks databases programming languages and operating systems
• Experience managing a team of IT professionals
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and develop creative solutions
• Experience creating budgets and managing expenses related to technology
