Event Staffing in Faisalabad, Pakistan is seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team. You will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot hardware and software, and maintain computer systems.
The ideal candidate holds a IT-related degree, with at least 2 years of experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff. Visa sponsorship is available.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in technical support.
- Strong hardware, software, networks, and OS knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking.
- Effective communication to non-technical audiences.
- Team player able to collaborate.

Responsabilités
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computer systems.
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and equipment.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates.
