Job summary

Tkxel, a leading software development company, seeks an IT Change & Transition Specialist to govern and coordinate enterprise changes, releases, and service transitions across complex environments. The role ensures compliant, well-communicated deployments with minimal business disruption.

The ideal candidate will lead CAB meetings, manage risk and operational readiness, and coordinate with cyber security, infrastructure, and vendors to ensure successful production handovers and post-go-live

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
ITILv4 Create, Deliver & Support preferred.
PMP, Prince2, Agile, Scrum, Lean Six Sigma or related certifications required.
Hands-on experience with ITSM practices including Change Enablement, Service Transition, Release Management, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, and CMDB.

Responsibilities

Govern enterprise Change Enablement process and CAB activities.
Coordinate service transition and go-live readiness across multiple teams.
Oversee release plans, deployment steps, validation, rollback, and contingency measures.
Ensure operational readiness, support handover, knowledge transfer, and SOPs prior to go-live.
Monitor changes and transitions, drive continuous improvement and governance.
Coordinate risk, compliance, and audit activities related to changes.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
