Job summary

Tkxel, a leading software development company, seeks an IT Change & Transition Specialist to govern enterprise change, plan complex transitions, and oversee release deployments across diverse environments.

The role coordinates between Tech Operations, Cyber Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure production readiness, risk-managed delivery, and smooth hypercare handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field with 5+ years in ITSM/Change & Transition.
• ITIL v4 practices knowledge; relevant certifications preferred/required.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale change, release, and transition programs.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow and DevOps release management.

Responsibilities

• Govern and optimize enterprise Change Enablement across complex tech stacks.
• Lead CAB meetings, risk reviews, approvals, and follow-up actions.
• Oversee service transition readiness, handover, and documentation.
• Coordinate release plans, deployment steps, and rollback procedures.
• Ensure regulatory, cyber, and governance controls are met.
• Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement in ITSM processes.
