Job summary

JazzWorld is seeking a Manager Pre-Sales IoT to drive regional IoT/M2M solution engagement and support the enterprise sales team in the South Region through pre‑sales consultancy, solution design, and proposal development. You will lead technical engagements, translate client needs into tailored IoT solutions, and collaborate with product, commercial, and platform teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of relevant experience in pre‑sales, technical consultancy, or solution design in Telecom/IT/IoT.
Strong understanding of cellular M2M (2G/3G/4G/NB‑IoT), IP networking, SIM management, and device integration.
Hands‑on knowledge of IoT use cases: asset tracking, smart devices, smart utilities, remote monitoring.
Experience in handling enterprise clients and working with B2B sales teams.
Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation, and client‑facing skills.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical lead in customer engagements for IoT/M2M solutions in South Region.
Understand customer business needs and translate them into tailored technical solutions.
Participate in joint sales calls, discovery sessions, and client workshops with the enterprise sales team.
Design end-to-end M2M/IoT solutions including connectivity, hardware, platform integration, and services.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, solution blueprints, and presentations.
Support RFP/RFQ responses with technical inputs and solution architecture.
