Qualifications

• At least Intermediate in commerce and knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Experience reading labels, documentation, and performing stock counts.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving incoming goods, verifying quantities and specifications, and reporting discrepancies or damages.
• Support loading, unloading, movement, and proper storage of materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment following safety standards.
• Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, and physical inventory verification.
• Follow inventory control procedures including FIFO/FEFO and material handling guidelines.
• Report damaged, obsolete, or expired stock and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Pack, label, and prepare goods for storage, transfer, or dispatch as required.
• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to achieve daily operational targets.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety regulations, and inventory management procedures.
