Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a corporate legal department or reputable law firm.
• Strong preference for candidates with an International or External LLB.
• Must align work hours with UAE/Saudi Arabia time zones.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts and legal documents.
• Provide legal advice to stakeholders on compliance and client management.
• Conduct in-depth legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
