Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Site Supervisor to manage on-site operations across our renovation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site activities, maintaining high standards of quality, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Set clear goals and track milestones to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate vendor teams and subcontractors to ensure proper execution.
- Educate workers on construction standards, site safety, and company procedures.
- Interpret and execute tasks according to blueprints, layout plans, and design drawings.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of work progress, issues, and material usage.
- Coordinate the timely procurement and delivery of materials to avoid site delays.
- Identify and resolve on-site issues by collaborating with the design and management team.
- Ensure cleanliness, worker safety, and compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
- Liaise with clients or designers (if needed) to communicate site progress or concerns.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a relevant field
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (Higher Secondary Certificate)
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or SketchUp
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Practical knowledge of construction materials and finishing work is a plus
