• Generate insurance business through Bank Branches, walk-in customers and leads.
• Map employees to branches based on geography.
• Achieve monthly sales targets: NOP, FYP, Persistency, Customer complaints.
• Handle customer complaints within the specified TAT and ensure quality service.
• Build professional relationships with Branch Manager and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance and bank products.
