Job summary

SmartConnect Qatar in Faisalabad seeks an experienced Instrument Technician to install, maintain and repair instruments and control systems. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires reading manuals and schematics, strong problem-solving, and teamwork. A visa and flight ticket are provided, with optional company accommodation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Instrument Technician or related role
• Knowledge of electrical systems circuitry and troubleshooting techniques
• Familiarity with mechanical systems such as pumps valves motors etc
• Ability to read technical manuals schematics and blueprints
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Install calibrate and maintain various types of instruments and control systems
• Diagnose issues with equipment and perform necessary repairs
• Conduct routine maintenance on instruments and equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Follow safety protocols and regulations while working with electrical systems
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work done on instruments
• Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to troubleshoot complex issues
