Software Finder Careers is seeking an Information Architecture Intern to support our UX, Product and Engineering teams in shaping how information is structured across our digital products. Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed a degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, Design, Journalism or related field.
• Exposure to UX writing, content strategy, technical documentation, or information architecture welcomed.
• Familiarity with design/collaboration tools such as Figma or FigJam is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and maintaining information architecture elements such as site maps, taxonomies, navigation structures and content hierarchies.
• Collaborate with UX, Product and Engineering to translate business and user requirements into clear content.
• Support the creation of product copy including UI labels, microcopy, onboarding flows, tooltips and error messages.
• Help maintain voice, tone and terminology consistency across the product ecosystem.
