A large group of companies in Karachi is seeking an experienced IR manager to handle employee relations, investigate complaints, and prepare recruitment strategies. Candidates should have an MBA/MPA and LLB with a minimum of 5 years in FMCG, alongside strong communication and people management skills.
A large group of companies requires the services of IR manager, Candidate should possess the following skills:-
Investigate complaints about employees,
employers and employment conditions-
Review and make submissions on employment relations legislation on behalf of the company -
work with management to prepare strategies for recruitment, remuneration, learning development, health and safety, performance and conduct
MBA/MPA along with LLB,
Minimum 5 years experience of handling IR issues in a reputable organization preferably FMCG sector,
Knowledge of employment contracts, labor laws, industrial relations legislation including the Employment Relations Act, employment court processes and judgments,
Excellent people management skills, Team Player, strong communication & PC Skills -
Age up to 35 years
