Job summary

GulfSea Services in Karachi is seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to design and oversee the construction of industrial facilities, ensuring functional and cost-efficient spaces that meet client needs. You will work with clients to capture requirements, develop plans and specifications, and collaborate with engineers and contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

A Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, 5+ years in industrial architecture, CAD proficiency, and strong

• Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial architecture.

• Experience with sustainable design practices.

As an Industrial Architect you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities Your primary goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop architectural plans and specifications Additionally you will collaborate with engineers contractors and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget

To be successful in this role you should have a strong understanding of industrial building codes as well as knowledge of sustainable design practices You should also possess excellent technical skills in computer-aided design CAD software and have experience with project management
