Job summary

HRSI is seeking a dynamic Incharge Planning to lead planning across our operations. The role suits a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with turnaround planning, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and leadership experience.

You will coordinate Level-IV planning, mobilization, cost control, and schedule tracking, ensuring timely completion and compliance with company systems. You will build strong client and stakeholder relationships to drive project progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or relevant field.
• 6–8 years of planning/turnaround experience in Oil & Gas.
• Proven track record in shutdowns, turnarounds and retrofit projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to site manager to achieve project and turnaround objectives and ensure inputs/resources are available for planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling.
• Update turnaround activities in Level-IV plan in coordination with Discipline Incharge and Site Manager.
• Prepare achievable targets from execution staff for Level-IV plan.
• Guide pre-mobilization activities, ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.
• Project cost and financial management, ensuring budget adherence and cost control.
• Monitor project scheduling, monitoring, reporting and execution, ensuring timely completion and corrective actions.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide support to the site manager to achieve project & turnaround objectives and ensure that all necessary inputs (resources) are available on one hand to implement company's systems for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling.
• Update turnaround activities in Level-IV plan in close coordination with Discipline Incharge, and Site Manager.
