Job summary

hrsi is seeking a dynamic Incharge Planning to lead planning across operations. This role suits a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with turnaround planning, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and leadership. You will support the site manager, coordinate inputs, monitor scheduling and costs, and drive on-time completion for oil & gas turnarounds. Strong communication and risk management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant fields.
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in planning and executing turnarounds within the Oil & Gas sector.

Responsibilities

• Support site manager to achieve project and turnaround objectives and ensure resources are available for planning and control.
• Update turnaround activities in Level-IV plan in coordination with Incharge and Site Manager.
• Set achievable targets for execution staff for Level-IV planning.
• Guide pre-mobilization activities and ensure smooth project start.
• Monitor scheduling, monitoring, reporting, and execution; implement corrective actions.
• Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships for smooth progress.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Incharge Planning to lead planning functions across our operations. This position is ideal for a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with proven expertise in turnaround planning, project execution, stakeholder engagement, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• To provide support to the site manager to achieve project & turnaround objectives and ensure that all necessary inputs (resources) are available on one hand to implement company's systems for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling.
• Update turnaround activities in Level-IV plan in close coordination withIncharge, and Site Manager.
• Prepare achievable targets from execution staff for Level-IV plan.
• Guide pre-mobilization activities, ensuring proper planning for smooth project commencement.
• Project Cost & Financial Management, ensuring budget adherence and cost control.
• Monitor project scheduling, monitoring, reporting & execution, ensuring timely completion and necessary corrective actions.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project progress.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering or relevant fields.
• Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in planning and executing turnarounds within the Oil & Gas sector
