Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in project coordination/management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of deliverables.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Coordinate between teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication.
• Assist in identifying risks and following up on action items.
• Prepare meeting notes, timelines, and progress summaries.
