Job summary

Avanceon is seeking an Accounts Executive to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial information. You will prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements, manage revenue recognition under IFRS-15, and monitor project accounting including inventory and timesheet charges.

You will participate in project monitoring meetings, support intercompany reconciliations, petty cash entries, and fixed assets.

Qualifications

• ACCA/CA Inter or equivalent professional qualification is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of IFRS accounting standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements per IFRS.
• Perform monthly revenue recognition per IFRS-15.
• Charge project-related inventory to projects monthly with verified notes.
• Charge timesheet data to projects monthly after engineering confirmation.
• Daily validation of projects won and change orders in MSGP.
• Hold bi-monthly project monitoring meetings with project managers.
• Complete intercompany reconciliations, petty cash entries, and asset-related records.
