Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced IFC Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and modifying 2D and 3D drawings of construction projects using Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) standards. This role involves close collaboration with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure all drawings are accurate and up to the required specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 2D and 3D drawings using IFC standards for various construction projects.
• Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with IFC protocols.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to gather necessary project details.
• Ensure that all produced drawings meet industry standards and client specifications.
• Utilize CAD software and other drafting tools effectively for creating construction documents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 3-5 years in a drafting or similar role.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in producing technical drawings.

Qualifications:

• Experience working on-site in a construction or engineering environment is an advantage.
