Job summary

Neurolux International in Punjab, Pakistan, invites a dedicated Behaviour Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based ABA-informed interventions for autistic children and those with ADHD and developmental delays.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized programs, delivering one-to-one and group sessions, teaching communication and daily living skills, and collaborating with psychologists, speech and occupational therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology is mandatory.
• IBT certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children with developmental/behavioural disorders.
• Experience with ASD/ADHD and developmental delays is preferred.
• Strong ABA principles understanding and observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioural assessments and collect baseline data.
• Develop and implement individualised behaviour-intervention programmes under clinical supervision.
• Deliver one-to-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices.
• Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily-living skills.
• Manage challenging behaviours through positive behaviour-support strategies.
• Maintain accurate session notes, progress records, and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, special educators, and families.
• Participate in parent-training sessions and multidisciplinary meetings.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in service delivery.
