Job summary

Neurolux International in Punjab, Pakistan, invites a dedicated Behaviour Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based ABA-informed interventions for autistic children and those with ADHD and developmental delays.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized programs, delivering one-to-one and group sessions, teaching communication and daily living skills, and collaborating with psychologists, speech and occupational therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology is mandatory.
• IBT certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with children with developmental/behavioural disorders.
• Experience with ASD/ADHD and developmental delays is preferred.
• Strong ABA principles understanding and observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• International Behavior Therapist (IBT®) certification (mandatory)

• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, developmental delays, and challenging behaviours is preferred
• Strong understanding of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) principles, with excellent observation, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous professional development
