We are looking for a dedicated and efficient Human Resources Officer to join our team in Lahore. The HR Officer will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
  • Conduct new employee onboarding and orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
