Cummins Inc. is seeking a seasoned Health, Safety and Environment leader to implement and sustain a proactive HSE culture at a site with low complexity. The role focuses on applying management systems, setting short- and long-term plans and ensuring compliance with internal Cummins requirements and external regulations.

You will lead programs, conduct risk assessments, drive improvements, mentor teams, and coordinate with regulatory bodies while safeguarding people and the environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/masters in HSE or related field is required.
• Professional certification in HSE preferred.
• Experience with ISO 14001/45001 and internal Cummins standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead hazard identification, risk assessment programs and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and Cummins internal requirements.
• Develop and monitor HSE programs, policies, and procedures at the site.
• Coach and develop staff; deliver training and internal communications.
• Interface with regulatory bodies and support the legal department as needed.
