Job summary

Stylo Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE professional to develop and maintain health, safety and environmental policies in line with national and international standards. You will conduct regular risk assessments, lead JSA activities, and collaborate with department heads to ensure safe work practices across all sites.

The role includes delivering safety orientations, conducting drills, investigating incidents, and implementing preventive measures to promote a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Strong observation and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and report-writing skills.
• Ability to conduct training and safety awareness sessions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSE data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain health, safety and environmental policies in compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, identify potential hazards and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
• Perform Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and collaborate with department heads to ensure safe work practices.
• Provide safety orientation to new employees, conduct drills and lead awareness sessions to promote a strong safety culture.
• Investigate incidents and near-misses, perform root cause analysis and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA, ISO 45001, NEBOSH and other regulatory standards, maintaining proper documentation for audits.
• Oversee environmental management practices, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001 and promoting sustainability initiatives.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits and monitor performance through defined HSE KPIs.
• Prepare and present HSE performance reports and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
