What would you do?

"The individual will handle basic HR responsibilities within permissible data/tool access without engaging in sensitive matters or data. They will coordinate with HRPA, HRSS and central teams for activities that are non-sensitive or do not require access to sensitive data."

What are we looking for?
  • Work towards resolving issues related to engagement, training, HR processes, LOA, or any other matter as appropriate excluding compensation, PA, or anything requiring access to sensitive data.
  • Track NJX, priority setting, etc. and help the business ensure compliance on various people metrics.
  • Ensure HC reconciliation and maintenance of correct Workday data (through the HRPA).
  • Provide updates on E&C training completion percentage or any other non-sensitive data requirement for SOC audit, and rep letter responses to delivery leads.
  • Manage the internal transfer, training failure and redeployment documentation for each employee case.
  • Gather first-level data and documentation for leaves-related behavioral concerns and pass to HRPA and ER as appropriate (Any counseling/intervention to be done by HRPA only). For concerns regarding supervisor and above, People Champion not to be involved.
  • Perform any other activity as required and assigned by HRPA.
  • Shifts: 3.00 PM to 1.00 AM
  • Ensure regular connects with employees and pass on insights on employee pulse/ employee sentiments to HRPA and Delivery leads for action.
  • Contribute/ collaborate with PPA towards key employee connect and engagement forums like townhalls, open houses, recognition initiatives, etc.
  • Proactively monitor personnel issues or situations, and highlight to HRPA and Delivery leads wherever required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a trusted and neutral point of contact for employees, ensuring continuous presence to employees to reach out to as first point of contact for any support required.
  • Provide required steer to employees on various HR processes and help them reach out to correct POCs/ channels to resolve issues.
  • For non-sensitive employee grievances, gather first-level details along with documentation from agents and their team leads to help share with ER+HRPA for next actions. People Champion will not handle employee grievance for supervisors and above. Sensitivity of a case to be decided by the HRPA at CL8 or above.
  • Integrate new joiners and make them aware of HR policies and processes. Help delivery leads drive the buddy program effectively.
