Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to support the day-to-day human resources functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing employee records, overseeing HR processes, coordinating with departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills to maintain an efficient and effective HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee database management, and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, payroll data, and statutory documentation.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with finance for monthly payroll processing and statutory payments (PF, ESI, TDS).
  • Support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, preparing offer letters, and completing joining formalities.
  • Manage employee grievance handling, leave management, and performance evaluation coordination.
  • Prepare and circulate HR reports such as headcount, attrition, and leave summaries.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with company standards and labor laws.
  • Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
  • Act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure smooth communication.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
  • Sound understanding of HR policies, statutory compliance, and HRMS systems.
