Qualifications

Housekeeping Supervisor

We are currently hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our properties in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of cleaners to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained
• Create work schedules and assign specific tasks to team members
• Inspect each property regularly to ensure all areas are properly cleaned and maintained
• Order necessary supplies and equipment for the cleaning team
• Handle any guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping services
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or damages
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed by the cleaning team
• Conduct performance evaluations for team members and provide feedback for improvement

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hospitality setting
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness

This is a contract job with a salary of $1500 per month, including accommodation.
