A leading health services company is seeking an IT Project Management Analyst based in Hyderabad. The role involves analyzing data, developing visual dashboards with Excel and Tableau, and communicating findings across teams. Our people make all the difference in our success. This role is an IT Project Management Analyst within the Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBS) Technology organization. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the Portfolio/Budget Management team within PBS.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a high‑paced operational environment. Someone who is flexible with their services and outputs to meet the specific needs of others. Someone who is comfortable flexing into different work types based on existing priorities/demands. This role will act as an independent contributor aligned to support both specific leadership needs while finding ways to help drive efficiency and quality into broader more shared operational processes that span multiple stakeholders.
Full‑time position, working 40 hours per week. Expected overlap with US hours as appropriate. Primarily based in the Innovation Hub in Hyderabad, India in a hybrid working model (3 days WFO and 2 days WAH).
