Job summary

KnowlegeBridge is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, implementation and tracking of multiple projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery within timelines and budget.

This full-time role offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates and requires a structured, proactive approach to leadership and communication. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of PM experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and preferably PMP certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; PMP certification is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership with the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Asana.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, goals and objectives in collaboration with senior management.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements.
• Coordinate project team members and assign individual responsibilities.
• Create and maintain project documentation including schedules, budgets and progress reports.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
• Identify potential risks or roadblocks and develop contingency plans to mitigate impact.
• Conduct regular meetings with team members to review progress, address issues and provide guidance.
