We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Khanpur As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning execution and completion of projects within the given timeframe and budget You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met and delivered to the highest quality standards

Responsibilities

• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
• Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
• Conduct regular team meetings and provide guidance to team members
• Ensure project goals are met within the given timeframe and budget

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
• Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Basecamp
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall

Preferred Requirements

• PMP certification or equivalent
• Experience in managing international projects with remote teams
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and guidelines eg GDPR
