Job summary

Hico Ice Cream in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Finished Goods Officer to oversee inventory, receiving, and dispatch operations for our fast-moving dairy products.

You will coordinate with Production, Sales, and Logistics to ensure accurate stock, FEFO rotation, and timely deliveries across Pakistan, while maintaining strict SOPs, food safety, and documentation.

Qualifications

• BBA in Supply Chain, BS in Commerce, or MBA in Supply Chain.
• 1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Production for receiving finished goods and batches.
• Manage finished goods inventory, stock records, and reconciliation.
• Handle ice cream dispatches to distributors across Pakistan.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics teams for timely dispatches.
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FEFO) and cold-chain compliance.
• Conduct monthly physical inventory audits and reconcile stock discrepancies.
• Manage warehouse staff shifts and ensure smooth operational activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Verify dispatch documentation, batch numbers, and expiry dates.
• Prepare daily stock, receiving, and dispatch reports.
